Ordering & Refund Policy

At Le Resto, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality food and service. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our policy before placing your order.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Immediate Preparation: Once an order is confirmed, our kitchen begins preparation immediately. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds for confirmed orders.
  • Accuracy: Please double-check your selection, special instructions, and delivery/pickup details before finalizing your payment.

2. Food Errors & Missing Items

We strive for 100% accuracy, but if we make a mistake, we will make it right:

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive food that is different from your receipt, please contact us within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery.
  • Resolution: We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement for the item, issue a full refund for the incorrect portion, or provide Store Credit for your next visit.

Condition: For a refund or replacement to be processed, we may ask that the incorrect item be returned in its original packaging or that a photo be provided for verification.

3. Quality Satisfaction

  • We cook our food fresh to order using premium ingredients. Refunds are generally not provided for personal taste preferences (i.e., if you simply “do not like” the dish).
  • If there is a legitimate quality concern, please notify our manager immediately so we can address it.

4. Third-Party Delivery

  • For orders placed through third-party apps (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats, Grab), all cancellation and refund requests must be handled directly through that app’s support team.
